    I am Bangladeshi here are no test for iron deficiency. But i know that i am severe iron deficient.my hemoglobin is 9 i feel so fatigue and cannot move excess bleeding in period.i take 200 mg iron per dayy for 2 -3 week but i feel no improve ment. What caj i do now😭😭

    Lot of fibs in my experience had worst time ever...catheter 3 days bleeding 3 months.and severe pain....a nurse sat with me 2 nights and on morphine for psin worse than childbirth... so that's my crap time .goid luck

    All this SIBO and IMO stuff is very confusing. Dr. Mark Pimentel (leading doctor in this area) actually says to stay away from probiotics, especially the lactobacillus forms.

    This is great and greatly appreciated! At 47 and a hemoglobin at 7.5 exercising is so dang hard! I overdid it several times so far, mine was due to some major blood loss had to get two units to get me up from 5.5 to 7.2 once again thank you

    Just did an intra cellulat test and found extremely low iron, ive had horrible anxiety, heart palps, extreme fatigue, dizzy, for 20 yrs. I also discovered recently i have almost no stomach acid which is required for iron absorption..im a male 38 so a little different but i believe this is the core of my symptoms.

    Mine was 60 last year and they said I was fine! I didn’t feel fine. Had it checked again last week and now it’s a 31. I am clearly not fine

      It's so hard to stay on top of it because it changes so much. Hopefully you can find a schedule of supplementing/eating enough iron rich foods that keeps you at a good level.

    This is exactly what ive been through, my gosh im not crazy , it is frustrating for sure you're constantly playing catch up with nutrition , and wanting to train in the gym knowing how much execise is enough , then regulating mood, tracking your cycles , it consumes you this self care stuff, it takes time.........

      You are definitely not crazy. Training and iron levels is a constant concern. I think low iron is often raised in the context of bleeding/periods, but it's also important to realize that training of all kinds increases our need for iron and low iron seriously impacts our ability to train.

      I'm not sure sorry. It may at least slow the bleeding when you have to run out for errands, etc but you would just have to try it.

    I'm 4 days post-hysterectomy due to a 12 cm ovarian cyst and bleeding, and I am so excited to get back to exercise and health when I am cleared. Having been more and more sick since 2019 from female issues like a growing cyst really messed me up. I tried everything from castor oil packs to heat and massage, but nothing helped. I really did not want surgery, but it was necessary. I wish everyone going through this a swift recovery!

    I am 2 weeks post hysterectomy and I am so happy to hear that I am not the only not having a horrific experience. I am grateful and humbled by my recovery.     3 weeks post op. Everything except ovaries. Feeling good besides the random gas pains! I was bleeding so heavily for months before, I was very anemic. Almost passed out many times at work, hair was shedding like crazy from low iron. Needed an iron injection after surgery. So my main issue after surgery is still being extremely tired from low red blood cells.

    Is there any supplement that includes a lot of these bc I can't afford to buy like 5 different supplements... would magnesium glycinate itself help with anxiety and insomnia? bc these are my 2 biggest problems
